SportingYOU (Ltd) are delighted to announce the start up of our Coaching Programme.
Along with providing coaches adaptable session plans via our App and offering the SportingYOU Veo experience, we have set up a coaching programme to support children in the Derby (England) city area, starting on Monday 29th March (COVID-19 dependent)**
Our vision is split into three simple core values:

- Inspire – inspiring as many players as we can by being role models, showing the right ethics and values so that our players become great people
- Support – detailed and individualise development, going the extra mile so our players can fulfil their potential
We have carefully designed a coaching syllabus that will be split into blocks of 4 weeks. For example, block one will we be focusing on Ball Mastery, which allows our players to train in lots of fun and different types of Ball Mastery activities for 4 weeks. This approach supports the development of the players as they are learning new skills, repeating the focus and checking their understanding of the key points around Ball Mastery.
We will continue these blocks with each new block having a new focus, for example: Dribbling, Possession, Attacking and Defending.
Our sessions are designed and delivered to ensure that we keep our players on the ball for 80% of the session to increase player development, engagement and enjoyment.
The Details
Sessions will take place every Monday evening:
- Group 1: 7-8 years (18:00-19:00)
- Group 2: 9-10 years (19:00-20:00)
Note: We have a maximin cap of 24 players per group with 2 coaches delivering on a first come, first serve basis.
Location: The gated football pitches next to Merrill Academy on Upper Moor Road, Allenton, DE24 9BY.
Prices are £5 per player/per session, or a 10% discount rate (£18 total) if you book for a full block (4 weeks) in advance.

**SportingYOU Limited will be constantly checking and delivering alongside the Government and FA guidelines. Sessions could be cancelled if there is a real threat of transmission of Coronavirus, your safety comes first. Track and trace system will be in place and all attendees must sign in on arrival. If a session is cancelled due to Coronavirus, then that session will be rolled over onto the next available.
